Refund Policy
- We gladly accept exchanges 14 days after purchased, as long the items are in the same condition as they were received. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused to be considered. After being checked the costumer will receive a full refund in the form of store credits. Please email vesstastudio@gmail.com for domestic return label.
- Discounted Item and accessories are not returnable.
- We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments; customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
